Summer is here and new music is in the air! All of us here at KAMB love sharing new artists with our listening family, and Christian Paul is no exception. His song Yes I Am is an inspiring reminder for all of us to live our faith boldly and give God the praise.
Christian Paul
Christian Paul is a new voice to CCM with a well-rounded musical background and vocal history. He began playing multiple instruments at a young age and started singing at 12. Paul’s talents enabled him to land a record deal at 19, but his path shifted dramatically when he met Jesus. Following his transformation, Paul stepped back from his musical pursuits to consider how they may align with his newfound faith. When he was ready to merge the two together, Paul signed a recording deal with Capitol Christian Music Group. Since then, Paul has released a few original songs and is currently working on others. His upbeat and lively manner promises to bring additional joy and hope to Christians everywhere who hear his songs. A recent example of his renewed passion for music is one of his latest releases, Yes I Am.
Yes I Am
Yes I Am is a refreshing offering of what it means to be a living testimony for the Lord. All of us have our own story about how we came to walk with God. Some of us had families who always went to church, some of us stumbled across Him when we weren’t really looking, and some of us walked dark and dangerous roads before we found His light. Regardless of how our testimonies began, the Lord has called each of us to know and follow Him. Christian Paul uses Yes I Am to share about his own experience of becoming a Christian. Paul’s life was completely transformed when he met Jesus, and people have taken notice. Rather than allowing their attention to stay on him, though, Paul uses his life to share about Jesus. Yes I Am reminds us that we are God’s greatest instruments to lead others to Him. The attention we may receive for our faith is for God’s glory, not our own. Because of Him, we can say Yes I Am when others wonder where our joy has come from.
