A remix by Jordan Feliz
“Have you ever thought that the world has kinda lost its way?
Crazy as it seems, I know it’s gonna be okay.”
As Christians, we KNOW things are going to get bad, so we shouldn’t lose sight of the good that’s up ahead. That is the focus of the song by Jordan Feliz – Jesus is Coming Back.
Jesus is Coming Back is a popular song from Jordan’s third album, Say It, which was released in December of 2020. The current remix, released by Centricity Music, features GRAMMY Award-winning, Mandisa, and Motown Gospel/Capitol CMG artist, Jonathan Traylor. Listen to the video below of Jesus is Coming Back (feat. Mandisa & Jonathan Traylor).
Jesus Is Coming Back
“And when the world gets complicated,
We’re gonna keep on celebrating.
‘Cause we know (Yeah, we know)
Jesus is coming back.”
Since we KNOW Jesus is coming back, we should keep celebrating His soon return! Let’s daily check our attitudes and not let fear overcome us. We need to get ready and tell others so that they can be ready too!
In 1 Thessalonians 5 we are told that ‘He will come like a thief in the night’, but we shouldn’t be surprised. Verses 16-18 encourage us to ‘rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.’ Let’s celebrate!
We know that He’s coming back (We know, we know) We know that He’s coming back (We know, we know) We know that He’s coming back (We know, we know) We know that He’s coming back (Ooh!) Have you ever thought that the world has kinda lost its way? (Mmm) Crazy as it seems, yeah, I know it's gonna be okay (Ooh, yeah) It doesn't scare me, it's temporary There's something better, we got forever And it won't be long 'cause we know our help is on the way (The way) CHORUS So keep your head up Jesus is coming back Jesus is coming back No, don't you give up Jesus is coming back Jesus is coming back And when the world gets complicated We're gonna keep on celebrating 'Cause we know (Yeah, we know) Jesus is coming back Jesus is coming back We gotta stay awake 'cause nobody knows the day or time (No) The trumpet's gonna blow and the skies are gonna open wide (Ooh, yeah) He's coming for us just like He told us It's been a long wait but there's a new day And we're gonna sing Hallelujah when the King arrives Oh, you know you gotta CHORUS Woo-ooh, yeah Are you ready? Are you ready? People get ready, people get ready Are you ready? Are you ready? People get ready, people get ready Are you ready? Are you ready? People get ready Yeah, let's get ready CHORUS Are you ready now? Are you ready now? (Yeah) People get ready (Woo!) We just wanna celebrate it (Hey! Hey!) Jesus is coming back Jesus is coming back So keep your head up Jesus is coming back Jesus is coming back

Thank You Lord for the small things Like me and her on the porch swing For summer nights and fireflies And the sound of my old sixstring Blessings on blessings on blessings on blessings If I still got breath in these lungs And that's all I need to get down on my knees And be thankful for all that He's done CHORUS For my mama for my friends For Your love that never ends For the songs that make us dance On this ole dirt floor For my babies for my girl For the way they changed my world Waking up today I just gotta say Thank You Lord I just wanna say Thank You Lord Thank You Lord for the hard times For lighting the way in the dark times For pulling me in forgiving again The times that I took it too far God I thank You for keeping me humble For picking me up when I stumble And although I change, You stay the same And I don’t say thank You enough CHORUS Praise up Eyes closed One thing I know I just wanna thank You Lord, thank You Lord Praise up Eyes closed One thing I know I just wanna thank You Lord, thank You Lord
We are commanded in scripture to be thankful:
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 give thanks in all circumstances.
Philippians 4:6 pray with thanksgiving.
Psalm 9:1 give thanks with all my heart.
Colossians 3:15 And be thankful.
Let’s rejoice and thank the Lord for all that He has done for us!

About the Lyrics
The song by All Creatures – [Wonder Working], reminds us that we belong to an amazing, “wonder-working” God, and He is good! Exodus 15:11, “Who is like you— majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?”
The song tells us to remember all the miracles we’ve seen and to stop being so stressed! Psalm 77:11, “I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.” As they say, “I’ve seen too many comebacks to believe that it’s not gonna happen again!”
In Joshua 4 the Israelites set up stones of remembrance they had collected from the Jordan as they crossed over into the Promised Land. They set these stones up as a memorial to the people forever. We too should write down the miracles God performs in our lives so that we can refer back to them and remember that we belong to a wonder-working God! Read the complete lyrics below and be encouraged!
I've seen so many miracles
Praise, hands to the sky, get your hopes up high
'Cause with God it's a regular thing
I've seen so many plot twists, I've stopped trying to guess how He's gonna move next
Just lean back with the lions, cookout in the fire
I don't have to be so stressed
Anytime it looks too hard
I've learned to lift my eyes to the stars
'Cause the Maker of it all, He made my heart
Oh, I belong
To a wonder-working God
Making a way like only He could
And all I can say is God is good
Oh, I belong
To a wonder-working God
Trading my chains for victory
My God is working a wonder in me
I've seen too many comebacks to believe that it's not gonna happen again
Flipping numbers on a scoreboard, listen to the crowd roar
You already know who wins
Every day I'm gonna sing about it
Not just gonna talk, I'm gonna live about it
I'm always in awe
Of my wonder-working God
