The summer sun is heating things up outside and we’re matching that energy through your speakers here at KAMB! As vacation plans, family visits, and packed schedules call for your attention, we hope to provide daily encouragement to everyone. Whether you’re heading off to work or the beach, tune in to check out KAMB’s latest hits! One of our favorites right now is Big God by Terrian.
Terrian
Terrian’s musical journey began in Memphis, Tennessee where she connected with the organization AngelStreet as a senior in high school. AngelStreet is a non-profit that provides musical development opportunities to young women with limited access to such artistic growth. On her website, Terrian writes, “I believe the Lord uses music to connect us to Him and to one another.” Terrian lived this belief through her time at AngelStreet and continues to do so now as a CCM artist. Since releasing “God with Us” in 2019, Terrian has recorded several other songs and toured with artists Cochren & Co. and TobyMac. Because of her life-changing experiences through AngelStreet, Terrian encourages people to support the organization’s mission to serve young women. She has also successfully reflected the Lord’s blessings in her life through her music. Terrian’s latest single is her song Big God.
Big God
Big God is an upbeat reminder that nothing we face can overcome our God. Each of us battles against our own troubles and fears, but we all have the same God watching over us. There have been many times when I’ve faced something difficult and nearly forgotten who I have on my side. Before my fear wins against me, though, I’m always reminded of the good things God has done in my life. I’m sure all of you have your own stories of how God delivered you from situations beyond your control, too. These are the things we must remember when we doubt our Big God.
When we walk with the Lord, we can have a new kind of confidence about our position in the world. Rather than shying away from the things that hurt and threaten us, we can face them boldly. We can take them to our Father and lay them down in surrender as we wait for His direction. All of it comes back to us remembering that our Big God is on our side.

Lyrics
Yeah, yeah, yeah With foes on my left and fears on my right They think that I'm all by myself in this fight But they do not know the infinite size Of the God who's by my side (hey) Under fire, but my goliaths Standing in the shadow of the Almighty I ain't lying (no, no) Just testifying Man, I'm talking 'bout a big God, big God When trouble comes around the way Only remedy for big odds is a big God (big God) Ain't nobody gonna shake my faith No, I'm not afraid to throw my hands up in praise For the times that He pulled me through I'm counting on a big God that they can't stop (can't stop) He's a big God Why in the world would I worry away When I know that He holds my world in His hands? The monsters I face don't make me afraid When I know that I'm standing right next to Him Man, I'm talking 'bout a big God, big God (big God) When trouble comes around the way Only remedy for big odds is a big God (big God) Ain't nobody gonna shake my faith No, I'm not afraid to throw my hands up in praise For the times that He pulled me through I'm counting on a big God that they can't stop (big God) He's a big God (Stronger) than your brokenness (Deeper) than your dreams not seen yet (Greater) than your greatest fear (Bigger) He's so much bigger (Stronger) when I couldn't get up (Deeper) I could always feel Your love (Greater) You're picking me up (Bigger) I could always feel Your love Man, I'm counting on a big God, big God (big God) When trouble comes around the way Only remedy for big odds is a big God (big God) Ain't nobody gonna shake my faith (no) No, I'm not afraid to throw my hands up in praise For the times that He pulled me through (pulled me through) No, I'm not afraid of the things that I face 'Cause I know what I've seen Him do I'm counting on a big God That they can't stop (big God) He's a big God (oh yeah) You're a big God, You're a big God (big God, big God) Hey, yeah (big God, big God) I know we got a (big God, big God) Yeah, we got a big God
