The long anticipated 2010 KAMB Christian Artist Search Finals Night, which took place on Friday, April 17th at Monte Vista Chapel in Turlock, is now behind us and the winner has been announced. We’d like to congratulate Kari Crain of Fresno for receiving the highest combined score, making her the official winner of the 2010 KAMB Christian Artist Search.  Kari won a single that will be professionally produced by The Creation Labs in Turlock and played in regular rotation on KAMB. Stay tuned for more information and the release date of this single. She was also awarded with 300 copies of this single to use or distribute at her discretion. Among the prizes awarded was a $1000 check by Pet Extreme of Turlock, a personalized Bible donated by Family Bible Center in Turlock and Performance opportunities both at this years Stanislaus County Fair and Spirit West Coast in Monterey. All ten finalists were absolutely remarkable during this unforgetable evening. Their live performances were a great reflection of their strong vocal talents. However, the one thing that stood out the most was their passion for ministry and worship. This was especially apparent in the short video clips they had prepared, telling the audience in their own words, their experience with this project and their reason for entering this contest. Many businesses, organizations and individuals played a key role in bringing this project to fruition. This would not have been possible without the combined efforts of everyone involved. We are especially thankful to the businesses who partnered with us in bringing yet another successful KAMB Christian Artist Search to the Central Valley. This was truly an exciting and rewarding journey for all of us. We have been blessed for being able to provide opportunities for those who have a passion for ministry through music and all who were involved with this project as well. The Finals Night event was truly a great blessing for all who witnessed it. Most of all, we are thankful to our Lord for making this possible for us.
